How do charges compare with luxury hotels?

Are pets admitted onboard?

Pets are not allowed onboard because of health and safety reasons.

What is the yacht smoking policy?

For safety reasons, smoking is forbidden inside the yacht (cabins, bathrooms, saloon). Everywhere else smoking is allowed.

Can I take my cook/baby sitter/aide onboard? Where can they stay?

Again, let us know immediately. They can have a cabin reserved for them. Alternatively there is one spare place within the crew area to cater for this instances.

Can I board the yacht in a location other than the Genova?

Of course it's possible, as long as it is agreed in advance and coordinated with eventual previous and following reservations.

Are direct rates any different from those offered by any of your agencies?

Can I take my hard-shell suitcase onboard?

Yes. Although the yacht is large and your cabin and wardrobes are spacious, we recommend using soft bags for practical reasons.

Chartering during the winter is as comfortable as during the summer period?
|

The yacht is equipped with heating and air conditioning and it's big enough to feel like living in a house. The sundeck at bow during the winter is closed to reach the comfort of a veranda.
